So how long does it take to base coat a set? Thanks for the recipe!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's been a long process, because I batch paint about 30-40 tiles at once. Getting everything grey took two people maybe 3-4 hours each, so ~8 hours there. Then, basecoating the individual bricks for a batch could be anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the piece.
DeleteAll said and done, I'd imagine it takes ~3-5 mins per piece to paint to this standard, not allowing for time to dry.
